From a simple starting form - a circle, a square, a triangle - the design grows through a process of careful composition: flowing lines, spirals, and intersecting patterns drawn one by one within its boundaries.

Each puzzle is then constructed piece by piece. Every curve is refined, every contour adjusted, and every tab is individually placed to create balance, rhythm, and a natural sense of movement across the surface.

There are no templates, no automated shortcuts - only the deliberate motion of the artist’s hand shaping every connection. Every piece, every line, every tab is drawn with intention, making each Puzzle Vale creation a true original.

After each puzzle is laser cut, it is assembled piece by piece by hand. Every fragment is placed into its exact position to create a seamless whole - not as a finished puzzle, but as a canvas for the next stage of refinement.

Once assembled, the surface is polished and finished as one, allowing the titanium to take on a unified sheen and subtle texture. The puzzle is then disassembled, every piece washed, and reassembled again by hand, ensuring that each fragment is clean, smooth, and perfectly aligned.

Every Puzzle Vale creation is divided into four quarters, carefully packed into labeled bags A-D. Each bag represents one section of the puzzle.

This allows you to choose your own difficulty. Work through one bag at a time for a focused, relaxed experience - or open them all at once to take on the full challenge.
